All good stories, I would contend, contain grains of truth.
Children’s books ring with reminders of hope or lessons of love, friendship, and community. Poetry dips into our most universal emotions; nonfiction shows us the perspectives of others. Fiction, in all its variety, touches on themes of doubt and certainty, throws us into new worlds and places, and teaches us empathy through the eyes of characters we love (or despise).
LitWyrm’s goal is to be a place where readers can find and discuss good stories. Through book discussions, reviews, and talks on writing, we want to enjoy stories with fellow bookworms. In the process, we hope to pick out and share glimpses of truth from the pages of our favorite books.
